Since 2013, Apen Group has adopted an Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 to prevent and combat the risk of committing the crimes envisaged by the Decree, including the risk of crimes committed against natural persons, as well as crimes environmental and corruption crimes.
The adoption of this model does not constitute an obligation for the company which however considered its adoption in line with company policies in an attempt to:

- increase the awareness, with the same objectives, of the subjects who collaborate with the organization
- guarantee its integrity
- improve the effectiveness and transparency in the management of company activities
- induce full awareness in the potential criminal of the commission of the crime.
