Apen Group has worked to improve the production process by eliminating processes that use Polluting Water, and today uses the Water Resource for mainly domestic purposes.
Despite this, it conducts responsible management of the resource by carrying out an annual analysis of Waste Water to ensure that no pollutants are released due to detergents or any carelessness.
In particular, the water is used for the maintenance of the Green Areas of the company territory and, of course, its use was planned according to the Municipality’s provisions, leading to a positive impact on Water Saving for the benefit of the community’s primary needs, and a negative impact on the flora and fauna of the area.
Furthermore, taking into consideration the future impacts on the quality and availability of Water Resources, Apen Group undertakes to train employees and collaborators on the good practices to be implemented to prevent waste.
